I contacted this company as I was having trouble using the online portal for my order. I spoke with Susan who was extremely helpful and efficient with my query and couldn’t have done more to help me. It was greatly appreciated. My order was processed and I received email confirmation of this. I asked that my delivery could be on a Monday or Friday, this wasn’t a problem and it arrived the following Friday. The delivery drivers were friendly and helpful and the order arrived within the time slot given, I also received a call advising when they were 30 mins away. The bed I ordered is exactly what I wanted it to be,, it was easy to assemble and is very well made and definitely worth the money. I will definitely use this company again for further furniture orders and i highly recommend using this company.
