Unknowingly subscribed to their service, which I was unaware of until I noticed a second payment for £49 was taken from my account. Perhaps I skimmed past their website, but certainly would have had no intention of subscribing. Eventually found an email stating that the free trial was for one day then £49 thereafter. Which means they can start stealing money from you from midnight that night, then for every month until you notice. I will be pushing for a refund then reporting them to my bank for fraud.
