Inspiring Travel did a great job organising the holiday - showed us different flight/room/board offerings to allow us to get the holiday we wanted. The flights/transfers etc were all perfect. The hotel was lovely - the rooms have been refurbished since we last went, the staff (esp Dhonde, Manoj and Roy at Zest) were brilliant as always. The only negative was the changes to the restaurants (replacing La Palme with Zest and making the more formal Blue Marlin smaller) meant that the food experience wasn't as good as previous years,
