I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. The product is advertised as a one-time, 'lifetime' offer, yet there are numerous hidden fees. I upgraded from a basic plan to a pro version, and after a short trial (collecting specific images for my projects), I quickly ran out of credits. Additionally, there are constant prompts to upgrade further for additional features or to pay a monthly fee — which contradicts the concept of a one-time lifetime offer. Given the amount I spent, I expected significantly more value and creative freedom. After reading several reviews, I see that many others share the same concerns, indicating this is a broader issue. Overall, it hasn't been worth the cost, and I wouldn't recommend it. Can I please request a refund? I am truly unhappy with this purchase as it did not meet my expectations.
