I am very disappointed with my purchase. The product is advertised as a one-time, "lifetime" offer, but there are numerous hidden costs. I upgraded from Basic to Pro, and after a short test (collecting specific images for my projects), I quickly ran out of credits. Additionally, I keep receiving prompts to upgrade for more features or to pay a monthly fee — which contradicts the concept of a one-time lifetime offer. For the amount I spent, I anticipated much more value and creative freedom. After reviewing others' feedback, it's clear many customers share the same concerns, highlighting a broader issue. Overall, it hasn't been worth the investment, and I would not recommend it. Could I please request a refund? I am truly dissatisfied with this purchase, as it did not fulfill my expectations.
