This fee was never disclosed upfront and is far higher than the actual ICP/GDRFA insurance cost for short-term visas (AED 40–60).When I asked for proof, they could not provide a UAE visa application reference number, the official insurance fee from the UAE system, or the name of the insurer attached to the visa file. Instead, they pushed a payment link to their own website for a third-party add-on.Their process does not match official UAE visa procedures and comes across as misleading and non-transparent. I have requested a refund and filed a formal complaint with Dubai consumer authorities.
