I've had a very very bad experience. I applied for a tourist visa and submitted all the required documents including 6 months bank statement and more. First they forced to buy expensive insurance which I already had in the GCC. I am living here in Qatar. When i asked to cancel, they stopped forcing to buy insurace and immediately applied to avoid refunding. They gave the application number. However, when I checked the status using the ICP UAE immigration website, my application was not there. I lost a lots of money without any refund. I am planning to file a complaint with all the evidences to take legal actions against such frauds and scams.
