I initially made some profit, but later discovered that a significant portion was deducted from my account. Approximately 215.5 USD was removed without any warning or prior notice. I reached out to the support team and their anti-fraud department to clarify the issue. Unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation. They only provided sections of their agreement and did not disclose specific trade details. I adhered to standard trading practices. This experience was truly disappointing, and I no longer have confidence in the service.
