I paid USD 169 to Insta Global Travel for a Saudi Arabia 1-year visa. The visa was not available for my passport category, and despite paying, no visa was issued. The company requested additional charges (e.g., travel insurance) that were not disclosed upfront and did not provide the service. I had to escalate the issue to the Dubai Department of Tourism. Very disappointed with their transparency and service.
