I had a very bad experience with Insta Global Travels. In my opinion, this company is a complete scam.
I applied for an Umrah visa through them, but right after applying, I checked their reviews online and immediately decided to cancel. They tried their best to make us fool as much as possible.
They have employees using fake names and they never properly disclose who they really are. From what I experienced, they operate from India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, but they avoid giving clear identification or official details.
First, they told me that since I am not a GCC resident, they cannot proceed with my application. If that was the case, why did they accept my money in the first place? After that, they tried to mislead me by suggesting “other options” that did not even seem legitimate like you have to visit saudi embassy yourself and we will pay you jsut have to show those documents they will ask you basic question although such thing doesnt even exist.
When I insisted on a refund, they said according to their policy they would return only 60% of the amount. They promised the refund would take 22 days. Instead, it took almost two months. Then they claimed the money had been sent and that I would receive it within 15 days but it has now been another two months and I still have not received anything.
They refuse to provide any proper transaction or tracking details. The only thing they gave me was a fake refund document (magnati)claiming the process was initiated.
This has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I strongly advise everyone to be very careful and do proper research before dealing with them.
In my experience, this company is completely untrustworthy. Please stay away.
