Although I am not a constant customer, when I need the service Instant Checkmate (ICM) provides, I don't even consider other companies. I always return to ICM. HOWEVER! When I returned this time, I was saddened to see so much outdated information in the reports. At first, I started to jump on here and start complaining. But after reading the reviews AND the responses from ICM, I got a better picture of what is going on. I like ICM and will continue using its services. The fact that ICM took time to respond to the reviews, good and bad, won me over. Not to mention the fact that ICM offered reasons that addressed the reviews as opposed to excuses. Good work ICM!
