GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I used them once and cancelled my subscription yet they continued to deduct monthly payments. I contacted customer support and asked them to refund all debits deducted after cancellation. They said I didn't cancel even though I supplied screenshots of the cancellation event and date. They guaranteed it was now cancelled yet the next month my credit card was once again debited. I've emailed customer support all the information including evidence of cancellation and for months now I'm being ignored and given delayed generic responses. I have supplied them all the information set out in black and white that shows and explains they illegally continued debiting my credit card after cancellation yet ignore my many requests for escalation to management for reimbursement urgently. STOP IGNORING AND PROCESS MY REFUND NOW
