Horrible website. They took my money twice but couldn’t fix my log in issue, so was paying for a service unable to use it. I emailed them several times with info and screenshots like they asked and received the automated email saying they’d get back to me. They only once got back to me but didn’t fix the issue and continued to charge me. I couldn’t even log in to the website to cancel my account! When I finally received an email that they had cancelled my account it was the day before my month was up and I had 15 minutes to use the site before they closed my account 🤣
