I was charged over $45 for a search my email said was only $3.99. I only did 1 search on the site only for it to have no information. I instantly canceled membership and only then did it say that they don't refund last month of service and I thought how professional to provide a report with no information on it and then charge me well over $40 more then what I agreed to. This is a lot of money for not even 5 minutes of membership and a junk report I wish I had read reviews for this sight first.
