I paid extra shipping to have a one seated sofa delivered, within the first week I had the sofa the back seam broke and the upholstery can be seen spilling out from the back. I wrote to them to have it picked up in exchange for another chair that wasn’t faulty but they said they couldn’t do it and my options were a 30% refund, to bring it in store for a refund (I don’t drive), or to have a refund processed after collection. 30% refund is laughable since I’d be stuck with the faulty chair, so collection was the only option made available to me realistically. I did however share my concerns about leaving the sofa out in front of my apartment complex for collection but it being mistaken as hard rubbish or something and it not being collected/my refund not being processed but they do not care and do not respond to my questions. My experience with their “customer service” the the most poor experience I’ve had they don’t answer questions at all. Between being stuck with a faulty sofa in my apartment and being down $$, it seems that it’s only me that’s responsible to rectify their faulty item between work shifts. Really disappointing. Sometimes Cheap is expensive! Don’t buy any furniture or electronics from Kmart!

Defective item and unsatisfactory support

The 30% refund is ridiculous since I'd still have the faulty item. I expressed my concerns about leaving the sofa outside, fearing it would be mistaken for rubbish and not collected, but they ignored my questions. My experience with their customer service has been the worst; they don't respond at all. I'm left with a defective sofa and financial loss, while they expect me to resolve their issue between work shifts. Very disappointing. Sometimes, low prices lead to high costs! Avoid purchasing furniture or electronics from this service.

Awful delivery experience

The delivery was terrible. I ordered candy canes, and they arrived completely crushed. It seems intentional. Additionally, the box of another product I ordered was severely damaged. I won't be using this service again.

Delivery issue with no package received

I ordered items and was informed that delivery was attempted today, but the security cameras show no courier came. Is this just a clever scam where items are supposedly tracked but never actually sent?

Extremely poor service

I provided clear delivery instructions that were ignored. I've been home all day, and there were no delivery attempts. Now, the company expects me, without a license, to travel nearly 50km to pick up my items due to their unprofessional couriers. To make matters worse, there’s no way to contact the couriers as the tracking numbers provided do not exist. Very frustrating.

Frustrating online ordering experience

I placed an online order using a $50 gift card and added $24 to complete the purchase on 04.10.2025. They deducted the full amount of $74 from my account. When I contacted customer support, they suggested I order something else online using the gift card. I expressed my reluctance to shop online again given my previous issues. One item I've ordered still hasn't arrived, and despite multiple emails, they only reply that they are looking into it. They did issue a $47 refund, but it was less than the gift card value. The support team mentioned transferring me to another department, but I haven't heard anything. I've been emailing every few days with no response. They need to resolve this, refund my money, and provide my missing item.

Unsatisfactory support regarding faulty product

I purchased a stick mixer that broke within the warranty period and requested a refund. They confirmed the refund was processed, but I still haven't received it after more than four weeks. I've had numerous frustrating interactions with their support, both by phone and online. They keep saying the bank transfer is processed but provide conflicting information. They promised to send proof of the remittance via email, but that never arrived. This has been a very disappointing experience, despite the small amount of money involved. I won't shop with them again due to the terrible support and lack of follow-through.

Delighted with the local store experience

I can't leave a review on the local site, so I'm sharing my happiness here! I truly enjoy our store in the area. The brand is a trusted choice for us, and we shop there frequently without disappointment. They certainly compete well with other retailers. My latest purchase, a multi USB wall charger, works perfectly. All ports were used, and it charged everything efficiently. Another excellent product from the brand! Plus, it comes with a 12-month warranty, which is a great deal.

Potential for improvement but not a bad store

This company isn't bad, but it needs to make some changes to thrive in the region. First, they should offer express delivery for those who can't wait for standard shipping. Second, allow managers to hold items for pickup if low stock leads to cancellation of the Click and Collect option. I had to travel 25 minutes to collect my products, and if the Duty Manager hadn't agreed to hold my items, I would have been uncertain about availability. Lastly, they need to restock faster, especially at smaller locations where items are frequently out of stock, forcing me to drive further due to my health condition.

Quick delivery service

Although the delivery time was stated as 7 days due to out-of-stock items being sent from another location, my package arrived in less than 48 hours after I placed the order. I realize now that delivery times can vary and that 'within 7 days' is a more accurate description. This was my first online order, even though I've shopped at the store for years. It was a very positive experience, and I will definitely order again.
