Since November 25th, I've been experiencing significant lag with GER30, and despite numerous emails, the only response I've received is that they are addressing the issue, attributing it to a CME Globex outage, which I believe is incorrect. I opened a CFD account specifically for trading GER30, while I also trade NQ100 with a futures account. Currently, I'm stuck and unable to proceed with any trades.
