DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.I purchased Playstation Plus 12 Months subscription.Come to redeem it on PS4 account and it said it was already redeemed.Contacted them Sent them photo's of the valid code and the error I got WS-45479-9.They said I had to contact Sony myself to find out when the code was purchased, not them me ? I had to do the work for them.So I did I contacted Sony and they came back saying that I was redeemed on the 02/01/2021 21:31:17 CET.I purchased it from Instant-Gaming on 03/01/2021 22:07 a WHOLE day after Sony said the code had been redeemed.I sent Instant-Gaming every photo they requested and screenshot of my email to Sony and the reply they game me saying when had been redeemed.So I asked for a replacement code as obviously they had supplied me a used code.GUESS WHAT THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT!Quote "Your account has been suspended for making purchases in our store due to fraudulent activity""Sorry you must seriously be joking, So I made the purchase from your website and you supplied me a code that had already been used the day before ?"They replied" we are not joking"*UPDATE 09/02/21: After a wall of silence from instant gaming and me persistently asking where is there proof and how they come to that conclusion. After post up on various websites not to use them they reached out and contacted me via my ticket I raise and said they will investigate further and found that they were wrong and apologised for the customer service I had received and supplied me a new code which worked.So to a 3 star from a 1 star as i got what I paid for but shill shouldn't have been treated so badly and being accused of being a fraud & a thief. So if you use them be prepared that potentially you could hit issues like I did.
