This is not the first time the wrong items have been sent to me. I love the products from Instant Promotion, but shipping QC is lacking. I got the correct flag mounts, but 2 of 5 dust cover cases were not the size ordered. My 10x20 tents fit nicely in the bags sent for them and work exactly as planned and described. After our event ended and we were loading up, it was apparent that we received (3) 10x10 bags instead of (3) 10x15 as ordered. The packages were not labeled on any of the products and we had already sent away our pro carry bags so it was quite difficult to stuff the larger frames into the bags sent and we may have damaged them so I will be forced to pay for 3 additional bags for your mistake. We would not have even ordered these if the original design pro bags had held the tents properly without having to use zip ties to keep them from coming off of the tiny bases. At least the newer pro bags have addressed this with larger plates and an additional strap for securing the tents inside.Great products in general with poor attention to fulfilling orders.Follow up: As always, customer service is a high priority with this company and I am happy to report that I received replacement covers today, 9/7/25, for the ones that were incorrect without having to order them myself. Great job, Instant Promotion. Thank you for handling this proactively.
