Just more professional template and wording as I waffle this allowed me to reduce a lot of content and just state facts to match the key points on the Criteria. It took me as long as I have spent previously but redoing my CV for an alternative role will be a lot quicker next time as I am applying for cross section of positions. this certainly will help with speed on Govt jobs as they can take hours to do this template means I will not miss anything as it prompts you made my Resume as lot easier to see my real skills at a glance. I also liked the choice of templates and the colour column help my skills standout reduced my content to just the 2 pages and looks great annoying that it didn't spell check as it went along was my only disappointment
