I spent over 45 minutes on the phone trying to found about how to make a virtual (telehealth) consultation, which should be included in the policy according to the documents I received. I spoke to 4 agents. The last one told me that as of last week, no virtual consultations where available. I tried the provided whatsapp number and that was fruitless as well. It seems to me that this is a case of false advertising. Will probably cancel and never work with this company again.
