Noticed that there was a gap in the newly installed underfloor installation. Called them to find out why this was. No answer, just an machine saying that they were closed and that I should email instead. I duly did so and received a message saying that I would be called that night or the next day. No one called. Phoned again: same message as before. Emailed again. Got same reply as the last time. Again no call back. Emailed again. No response at all this time. UPDATE: Since the above happened they have got back in touch, apologised for the breakdown in commucation and have now rectified the situation.
