Btw, the policies are working great. I wish I had known about this tool when I was a 26 year old instead of a 56 year old, butwe have really been pleased. Even used a loan to purchase our third rental property in 2023. I never would have been able to do that without the policy, because when I retired in 2022 my income dropped when I started to collect my pension which was less of course. I was able to bypass the bank because of our policies, and paid the loan back from the rental income that was created. Best decision ever !
