The representative was excellent. Very helpful and sorted the policy for me quickly. And called back to confirm everything as arranged. The low score of 3*is for the manner of their customer contact once you have taken a policy out. I got 6 emails saying the same thing that my docs were ready to download, next day another three repeating this, then the incessant emails and text messages from different departments of the business demanding payment. The Policy was confirmed over the phone on a Friday afternoon while I was travelling from a business meeting, I then received a dozen payment requests, businesses will sometimes like to pay by invoice and bacs which I was told was fine, there is stillA week to go before the policy starts accounts should be able to sort the transfer on Monday morning and still be several days early. But I received messages, notifications every day mostly several per day. I had even paid by card on the Friday evening when I got home to stop the messages and they continue come in 4 days later. It doesn’t give you a good supplier/customer experience banging on the door every hour demanding payment.It gives me the feeling these are cheap outfit desperate for money or they willGo bust at any moment.
