This company does not give a vehicle fit for purpose, l insured a van fully comp, when had an accident I was told that the courtesy vehicle guarantee only provided a small class A car for a commercial vehicle. I could not use the vehicle as it could not carry the weight required. I was told hire a van myself , pay for it myself and we will decide how much we will pay towards the courtesy vehicle… plus a non structural repair took over 2 month …. Insure your van with a different company and check the contract..!
