Intake deleted my unfavorable review on their website, but it shows a health risk related to the product, so I’m sharing here as well!2/4: The tabs peeled the skin off my nose and now my face is bleeding. I have been using these most nights for a few weeks without issue and I definitely saw benefits. I used the enduro wipes before putting on the tabs last night, and I do that most nights. This hasn’t happened before, I did not do anything differently, and the tabs have been stored properly (away from heat, light, etc.). When I went to remove them, the skin under the adhesive came off, too. I believe I received some defective tabs. Or maybe it’s not safe for everyday use, which they don’t communicate! Again, the tabs were stored properly and I have used them before without issue so no user error. This is unacceptable. Original review posted Feb 4. It’s Feb 10th and I still have face scabs.
