I've been a customer for 2 years. Every single night I wear the band and the adhesive nose tabs, and it truly helped me every night for 2 years. Then they changed the nose tabs. The first indicator of the change was the change in the packaging which used to be a white package that contain the refill tabs, and about a month ago it changed to a black package. The nose tabs are also flimsier and shape just a little bit different, but those things aren't the problem. The adhesive is no longer tacky enough to keep them on overnight. For 2 years I never had a single failure of the nose tab, where it came loose or peeled off. In the last two weeks since I've been using the newly designed tabs in the black package, every night I have had either a total failure where the tab comes off completely or it lifts off significantly, and prevents the nose band from working. The product is now useless. I contacted customer service and they told me that the only thing that changed was the packaging. That's an outright lie. A person doesn't go from two years without a single failure to two weeks using the newly designed nose tabs with 100% failure because they changed only the packaging.
