Ordered the starting kit on Amazon and liked the product, so decided to utilize subscription service that offered discounted adhesive strips refills sent to me every month. The first refill pack came shortly after I subscribed, but the second one was a) shipped late and b) either lost by the USPS or never left the company's warehouse - the tracking number is invalid. Contacted the company via email, received a regretful bot-generated message from CSR named Sade saying that the "inquiry will be escalated to the appropriate team". Then the company went silent and didn't respond to my requests for refund and subscription cancelation. Calling the phone number is useless - the message says that customer service should be contacted via email only. Will instruct my credit card to cancel payment. If you happen to like their products or consider buying them then do that through Amazon and not directly from the company as more likely than not you will get stiffed.
