I started putting what I was learning into action (new self-care practices, new ways of seeing things in my life, an exercise routine that works for me, even though I never thought I’d ever step inside a gym, and new eating approaches). I learned so much valuable and useful information that kept me intrigued the entire year, and I made a couple of coach friends along the way. The course proved to be exactly as it was explained before I enrolled: part-time for the year so I could still very feasibly work my full time day job and take notes/study in the evening. There is an abundance of very qualified, intelligent, and personable staff who teach various lectures. I loved the whole experience! I just got my certification and I can’t wait to start working with clients!!
