There are several red flags with this company:- The letter they sent does not include any information about the company or the services they provide.- The letter makes you perceive as if there is something wrong with the lender you have your mortgage with.- When you call, they do not give you any information upfront, only ask for the case number. Immediately jump into the 'discounts', but they need a manager to 'authorize them' so, they get someone else on the phone.- The 'sales manager' is very persistent. They didn't listen to any reasoning about me wanting to do my due diligence and research. They wanted my credit card number.- I asked for the information via email and they refused to send me anything, unless I gave them the card number.- The pressure with statements like 'you can only do this right now, the offer is not going to be there if you call us back'.I sure do not want to do business with a company like this, especially if I have done no research on them.
