It does not take ten minutes to search through a database. Even a system from the '80s is faster than that. There are only two reasons that a simple search would be delayed that significantly: malice or incompetence. Response to Business: The pricing should have been front and center before a search was initiated, not after keeping someone waiting for 10-20 minutes after what can only be an archaic system searched and organized incredibly basic records. It's clear there's a reason Intelius doesn't do upfront pricing, rather they'll tell you the price tag only AFTER keeping someone on the hook waiting unnecessarily.
