I had high hopes after reading positive reviews about this app for learning. However, my experience has been quite frustrating. I started my subscription on October 19, 2025, and was charged $42 initially, followed by a $55.99 fee for the second month, which is much higher than expected without any explanation. Additionally, I can only access one item marked with a "play" button, while the rest of the content remains locked. This makes the subscription feel extremely limited and not worth the cost. I thought it would be perfect for my toddler, but it has turned out to be a disappointing experience, especially since nearly everything else requires extra fees to access.
