I have been trying desperately to find someone that can help me! I ordered an item back on October 30th of this year and I still don't have it nor do I can find anyone that knows where it is. The website here does not seem to have an email in their support where they claim that they have 24/7 people standing by all the time to help you and yet I keep being forced back and forth from page to page trying to find a box where I can put an email asking for to someone for some help with me please! I ordered a very very special gift for a very very special friend of mine who is passing away and it really breaks my heart that I will not be able to present it at Christmas.
