I had a similar experience to previous reviews. I was promised my test would be scheduled soon after the intensive course, but that was not the case. Months went by with excuses and rudeness, and the issue remains unresolved. They are breaching contract and misrepresenting services. I am seeking legal action against them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. Their response shows their disregard for clients. I have written proof of the promised test. I entered into a contract and paid the fees. Don't try to evade responsibility. No refunds have been issued as you know. Update: now claiming they have no assets and subcontract everything, so it's not their issue. The excuses keep coming. The same directors are listed under other driving companies.
