After reading the reviews about the company, I decided to have them move my household processions from Nevada, to the United Kingdom. Speaking with their agent, all the arrangements were made, and a moving date was set, then, I received a call asking to move up the day, which was not possible, in the end the original date came and went. Finally after waiting all day the movers from Las Vegas arrived, these guys were great after working all day, they, packed up our furniture without ever complaining.
Delivery date was quoted as Dec 5th 2014, we returned to the UK, and had our existing furniture removed a week before, the 5th, the new furniture arrived on the 14th of January, no one from Inter Movers ever called regarding our furniture, when I called it was the port strike, or something. In the end our furniture was shipped on the 14th of December arrived on the 24th. I don't believe this company really cares about their customers, an update via email, to us, could have been useful and the movers in the UK, Dolphin were just as bad, I could never get a straight answer from them. The packers in Vegas and delivery guys in the UK were excellent, but Inter Movers and Dolphin are terrible. Use someone else avoid the hassle.
