He advised contacting the installers for confirmation of service history, which I fully understood, and will arrange by gathering printouts from service emails. I was worried about wasting his time, but he reassured me that it was not the case, displaying patience and understanding while explaining how the system operates and what codes to monitor in the future. He is a true asset to the company, and I hope my feedback reaches him. Additionally, I suggest the company consider offering a service payment plan, which would encourage me and others to choose their systems in the future.
