On May 4th, 2025, I was contacted by a representative from the company offering a complimentary 3D render for my projects. I accepted the offer, but after submitting the materials, I received a request for $645 to produce the CGI they initially promised for free. After providing proof of their offer, they began work. When I requested amendments for a client presentation, the Head of Sales refused to finalize the test unless we committed to further projects—contradicting the test's purpose. Despite my inquiries about payment, I received no response over the next month. Consequently, the project suffered, the client was unhappy, and the entire effort was wasted. This experience was far from the professionalism I expected.
