However, the company later contacted me and explained they had faced significant technical issues affecting their website and order systems. Once they were aware, they were very apologetic and provided a clear explanation, a discount, and exceptional follow-up. I placed a new order, which they offered next-day delivery on, and I appreciated their personal and thoughtful response to rectify the situation. Mistakes occur, and I respect how they managed it once they were able to.
