Stumbled across this independent store by accident while searching for some luxe apothecary bottles. Found some I liked and so book marked them, as they were a want not a need. Finally took the plunge on my birthday which coincided with their bank holiday sale. And oh my days the items are GORGEOUS!!! The pictures on the website are great but it truly doesn't compare to when you have them in front of you. Made me go back and look at their other items and they truly do have a wonderful curation of beautiful, luxury and unique items. Communication was fantastic. Items took longer than expected to ship but that is to be understood being as they were most likely managing a huge number of orders from their bank holiday sale. But they kept me updated and I never had to chase for information. Items came so so well packaged. All triple boxed, with the outside box clearly labelled as fragile and using lots of "thank you" patterned washi tape (lovely touch) to keep it secure. They used lots of dissolvable packing peanuts and cardboard box off cuts (super sustainable) to make sure the smaller inner package didn't jiggle around when in transit. The second smaller inner package was filled with black tissue paper which is great if you want to gift the items. Finally each bottle came in their own individual (third) box which was the more "presentation" style box, with the logo/branding of the homeware brand. Again great if you want to gift. All the bottles and their stoppers were carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and separated with a dividing piece of card for extra security. Honestly so impressed with the care and attention to detail. Also received a lovely hand written note from Victoria (her hand writing is gorgeous by the way) which was a lovely touch. Will 100% recommend and I will be 100% picking up some more items from them.
