I was looking to order 12x internal doors that were on backorder at all stores online. I called up the store and got put through to Layla who was extremely helpful. She called the manufacturer straight away to check on backorder dates and offered split deliveries if required. Any other store I called just gave generic responses or wasn't aware that the doors weren't in stock. Additionally, she went out of her way to get me the best price possible! My order has been placed for the doors, always nice to deal with people who care. - Joe
