Bear in mind, tests are not free. You'll have to pay to get your result (around 14 pounds).-----It's alright, the tests themselves are nice. I haven't done a lot of English tests in other websites to compare them to the ones from International Test, but they were good for my goal.What stands out for me it's the customer service. I had a situation where I paid for a certificate (C2) by doing the General English test, but later on I couldn't get an enough score for the dedicated C2 Test. Interestingly I did pass the C1 dedicated test but I was prompted to pay for it again.I elaborated it more eloquently in my complaint e-mail I sent them, but basically I initially paid for a certificate I wasn't actually qualified for. Then for the one I did qualify I had to pay again.I told them that, they heard my complaint and validated the C1 certificate within two hours. They listen!My only hiccup is that the website itself won't tell you your final score, you'll just get a "You passed!" or "You didn't score a 70% or more". Still, they sent me those percentages in their response to my complaint email. This would be a nice addition if we could see our scores the moment we finish the test.
