Hi Everyone,Today I received my personal goods after 6 months and I am writing this email to inform you that the service that you provided related to invoice number 8780A was humiliating and a disaster in all its meanings taking into consideration the customer service, communication, hidden costs, and the delay of the shipment by IMN.The story starts when I requested to reroute my shipment from New York in the USA to Athens in Greece. My shipment arrived from Doha, Qatar through FDC to New York, USA, I requested the shipment to be stored in your warehouse with a monthly storage fee $282.50 plus one-time warehouse in/out fee $250 as agreed by both parties.When I decided to reroute the shipment to Athens, Greece instead of transporting it to Indianapolis which was already paid for, I received a surprised email from your Agent with a quote of $9,000 to ship my stuff from New York to Athens which is not in line with the market price as all other companies nearby quoted $5,000.Having received this quotation, I immediately requested another shipping company nearby to pick my consignment from your warehouse and thereafter transport it to Athens, Greece (Door to Door) for a fee of $5,000 only.Surprisingly, your agent wrote to me informing me that I must pay a fee of $2,200 plus the cost of the storage before he releases my consignment to the new company. I told him that he can keep the transportation charges from New York to Indianapolis (which is not needed any more and already paid to my previous agent in Doha, Qatar), but he insists to black mail me by holding my shipment and keeping on charging me storage fees, knowingly that I am in the position of no choice.Your Agent refused to discuss any possibility of reducing his quotation, but rather threatened me to increase the price and delay my shipment if I did not agree. FDC in Qatar (FDC) interfered and tried to negotiate the cost with him, but unfortunately, failed to change his decision.When the shipment arrived in Rotterdam, your Agent put it on hold without even informing me, which caused an additional 3-week delay. This was one of the bad experience dealing with your company and especially with such an Agent because he has no interpersonal and customers services skills and he was very rude thinking that making additional cost of $2,200 from one customers was an achievement, while in fact is that he made your company loses not only one customer by also my friends and friends of my friends as I will spread the word around of what I have endured.I believe that writing the above is less than what really happened, and I experienced in the last 6 months, which is the time that the shipment took to arrive.I will be sharing my experience in any way I can and inform others to think twice before using your company for any future shipment.Thank you for such a bad experience and humiliating service.
