I am 85 years old, and I needed to move my furniture thousands of miles to a different country. To say I was confused, would be an understatement. This company took complete care and guidance. They actually delivered my belongings within hours of my arrival in that country!I have complete trust in their expertise!
Worst staff. I had to withdraw my move with this company just before a day because of the staff. Not at all helpful. They lack clarity in their answers for your question. No patience to listen to the customers question completely. They get offended and in fact they are so disrespectful for customer in their language. Definitely the person with whom I had to deal with is so harsh in behaviour, may not be the entire staff.

I contacted the IMN company to aid me in my move from the U.S. to Spain in 2022. Everything went as scheduled & in an organized manner. The best surprise was the excellent level of communication & personal nature utilized by the staff in contacting me. They could answer any question I had & tell me exactly how to accomplish the required paperwork. On the receiving end, I needed a little more time in order to establish a permanent address for delivery in Spain. IMN easily offered me storage space at a great price for the months that I needed. International Movers Network handled our move from Pittsburgh, PA, USA to Stockholm, Sweden. This process took 1 year as my visa took forever to arrive. Anyways - they were fast and efficient with packing our items and are shipment was quickly ushered onto a cargo ship. Our items were rapidly shipped and arrived here in Stockholm Sweden and they even arrived to our home a few days ahead of the estimated arrival date. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

they are the worst moving company ever to deal with. stay away from this company contract commitments brokendamaged timber floors in several rooms 3 months late lost/stolen goods so much stuff was damaged and broken. they must have been throwing from container to truck not sure how so much stuff got damaged.customer service was non existent keep passing onto other companies and not taking any responsibility always someone elses problem. stay away from this company

All along John Zohar was available for all our many questions throughout the process of moving! From day one before we even received a quote right to the day our shipment arrived. Excellent service!
