I have recently come to the end of a few month long project with Jack at Waywest Design, and I can honestly say it has been a 10/10 experience from start to finish.I spent a lot of time searching and inquiring with various web designers to find someone who I felt confident in, as I have never had to do anything like this before and felt very alien to the web & design industry.
