When I 1st looked at this, it was $45 - I thought it was US$ - so why not get one? Sending in the form was a huge performance, trying to get the photos loaded. A techy friend helped me do it. Then I get the bill, and it's just under $100 US$. I sent a note in to complain yesterday but haven't heard back. So... your guarantee says I can get a refund if you didn't meet my expectations. Well, you didn't! I was overcharged and would like to cancel this whole process and get my money back.
