Rapid shipment, very professional with order.. product is quality. even a follow up phone call immediately after i had an inquiry about my order, which they handled perfectly. A+ top notch service, usually I don't write reviews but I'd say this company is deserving of recognition in what they do, on point. another commending attribute was the way the order was packaged, everything separated and wrapped in its own protection and packaged nicely.
service rep Brenda Cox was excellent, followed up with information multiple times on a very small order and very quick to respond to any questions.The only issue I had is the bags are listed as "Flat Bottom" which to me means a true flat bottom like a Box pouch and these bags were only angle sealed bags and not a true flat bottom. That was very misleading and I truly needed the flat bottom bags
