The apps (Rail Planner and Tineri) were easy to use once you got the hang of them. Directions to accommodation were good. I bought a few extras (experiences) from Get Your Guide, which were worth doing, although the advice to arrive at the meeting point early meant hanging around, sometimes in a cold place.
