I'm a 69 year old solo traveler and I just returned from a 3 month trip all over Europe, including a month in Switzerland, then Croatia, Slovenia, Eastern Europe and much more. 15 countries and 30 cities. It was a trip of a lifetime that turned into a dream-trip of a lifetime because of the accommodations Lisa and her team booked for me. They exceeded my expectations. So many balconies which I love! And they book you in the heart of a city so you wake up feeling the energy, usually as close to train stations as possible making getting to my accomodations easy after a day of travel. I reviewed the train schedule between locations and sent it to Lisa. Then they booked everything as close to my wish list as possible. I like to enjoy my coffee before catching a train, so 7am trains are not my first choice. Not only did they book my train travel for 3 months, they also booked the ferries and a few buses where trains didn't travel. It went amazingly smooth. If I had a problem like a cancelled train I would notify them and they'd send me a new train schedule with a new seat reservation on the next available train. They were great!And they worked with me on logistics while planning my adventure which really helped, as well as filling my big Bucket List items. Amazing looking out onto Lake Como from a high balcony in Bellagio. Just do it!!
