I enjoyed my holiday thanks to InterRailing Packages. The hotels that were booked were great as well as the train seats. All the information such as hotels, etc will be on a third-party app that you download on your phone. The app isn't the best as it can take a while to load. Only problem I had was that the wrong hotel was displayed on my itinerary while I was in Paris, so I called the InterRailing Packages emergency number and they picked up straight away, I told them what was wrong, and they sent me the correct hotel address which was only a 10-minute walk. I told them I took an Uber to the wrong hotel, and they refunded my Uber fee. Their customer service is also great, as they respond to emails quickly. Thank you InterRailing Packages for everything.
