We asked for a complicated itinerary…And they got us the multitude of cities we wanted…With hotels pretty close to the train station.There was a glitch with a bus trip…but they wanted to work with us to make it right…We ended up going rogue and renting a car and seeing another country too.Hotels were mostly pretty good and better than we might have expected…One was meh but passable.And the app and the instructions were helpful the whole trip…Which says a lot.There were moments where we wanted them to communicate faster by email…But that’s life…they did a good job with the trip.
