Ordered a pair of shoes (order no. 3556526) on one day and got an email from them on the next day that they cannot fulfil the order, because they don't have the shoes. WHY THEN ARE YOU LISTING THEM AS AVAILABLE? Waisted time and no customer support. A reply to their "service" email address bounces back. The site / product catalogue is slow as hell.
